The historical oil and water ranges come from Grossmann 1942 Table 17 and are only sensitivity references. A custom row should contain a measured or workpiece-calibrated range for the same medium, concentration, temperature, relative motion, and load condition. Assessment uses minimum H as the conservative boundary and maximum H as the upper boundary.
